About RedRoof
RedRoof was founded in 2007 by Yvette Goulter, a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Secretary of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association. After years of property investing and renovating, Yvette recognised a need for buyers to be represented by an agent who is really on their side. One who is committed to protecting their interests; truly knows how to identify quality property in the best area for their budget; and can negotiate the best deal.
The Role of a Buyers Agent
A Buyers Agent works on behalf of the buyer in a real estate transaction, while a Selling Agent works on behalf of the vendor. RedRoof is a totally independent Buyers Agency. We don’t sell or manage properties at any time, nor do we accept referral fees or commissions from any third parties. We work in the best interests of buyers only, and have a duty to get the best deal for you, the buyer.
